Foods great most of the time I go it's dead. Nothing playing on any TVs and it's kind of depressing. But the food is great so 4 stars

It was a very nice outback inside and the manager was kind to try and remedy the issues. However I don't understand why it takes 2 hours to serve a party of 6 when it wasn't super busy. I would avoid this if you are in a group. Family have come to this location with only 2 and they said it's much faster.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. The woman serving us seemed to have a bit of an attitude which caused her to be not so friendly. Also, the food was cold. Very cold. The food wasn't even lukewarm. It was almost as if our food was pre-made and just sitting out. The drinks weren't very good either. The lemonade had too much syrup and the tea was too sweet. The only good thing was the bread, however it did not make up for the disappointment in other areas.

Went to this Outback Steakhouse during the lunch hour with a few others a few days ago. We enjoyed a steak and potato with vegetable and salad lunch. This time of the day was quite busy with local people arriving here for their lunch hour. We were served fairly quickly in consideration of the amount of people that were here. The food was good and the server was friendly.

"Courtney, one of the people working at the front had a bad attitude. Also a family came in after my family and I and Courtney insisted that they be seated first. When I told her we had been waiting longer, she didn't apologize but tried to lie to her coworker and tell her the other family had been waiting longer than us. We saw that family when they came in, so we knew that wasn't true. Even the other family looked over at us like they were surprised they were going first. I didn't appreciate that and don't plan to ever go back there again!
