They do a pretty good job at this place. There always seems to be a ton of people working there and I always get my food within a reasonable period of time after ordering and paying. The bathrooms are hit or miss. During the lunch and dinner rushes, they are dirty but for the most part, they keep them fairly clean. I have never used the drive through here so Idk how it is.

Visited the laurel -Baltimore Avenue location for years. Finally received great customer service today from Nae at the drive thru. Said thank you and have blessed day. A first. Told her how wonderful my experience was with her as I placed my order.

The shrimp tackle box needs an option to be enlarged. Good option but they don't fill you up.

The food is great. (I'm sure it fully adheres to Popeyes corporate standards.) Customer service is wishy-washy, and inventory control is horrific. I've been through the drive-through three times over several weeks. Each time, they were completely out of more items than they weren't. The line of cars at the drive-through lane extended on to Route 1 (essentially around the block), and every single customer seemed to be attempting to order at least one item they didn't have. Like chicken. It's a fried chicken restaurant. In conclusion, the food I got tasted fine, even though it isn't what I wanted, and it took an act of god to order it successfully.

Food is sometimes cold and dry, other times nice and hot. The service time in the drive thru was okay, and the parking lot is a headache to maneuver. The attitudes of the employees are hot and cold like the food. I went in to get condiments and a woman was complaining because the line wasn't where she thought it should be. The petty people can make it challenging for the employees.
