We had them tear out our old brick and fireplace and install new of both. They don't communicate very well. We had to keep calling to find out what was going on throughout the process.Fireplace installer and stonework/mantle installer disagreed about mantle height placement, resulting in the TV mount being in the wrong place. Electrical outlet was surrounded by stonework, preventing the installation of  a wall plate. Insulation was missing from behind the fireplace, which is not their fault, but seriously I'm having you install a home heating solution and you don't address missing insulation? Fireplace made a loud buzzing noise the very first time it was turned on, and the flame would not adjust. We actually had to wait for them to prep the fireplace before we could use it.  Obviously, they didn't do much more than just turn on the gas. I sent the local manager a nice e-mail describing why I was disappointed with them, and he didn't even bother to respond.  Another example of poor communication in my mind.  The noise and flame adjustments are fixed now thankfully, but I can't really recommend them given all of the issues we had.

I had some issues with an existing fire place and came with some questions. The brand of fireplace was not one they carried and I believe they were more in the business for custom installation. Lots of beautiful displays of what they could offer in something new. They helped us by offering a couple of parts to dyi our fireplace, it worked.  No pressure sales, made time for us, grateful for their time and knowledge.

We purchased a nice model for our new house from here, but our small children found out fairly quickly that they didn't bother to use the included mounting screws (so the screen fell off).  After several weeks (and offering to just pick up the screws) they came out and put in 3 of 4.  

Even after that, we're still missing 1 and it rattles quite a bit because of it, as such I wouldn't use them again, nor would I recommend them.

This place is great! Bought a green mountain grill smoker from them and had a great experience. Stacey was a pleasure to work with and the guy in the warehouse (wish I got his name) was very helpful and gave me a lot of tips about assembly and how to use it because he owned one himself. This place is highly recommended!

These guys are the best in the business with great customer service.  My wife and I were looking for a very particular electric fireplace that our TV could go on and we had a budget we didn't want to go over.  The customer service was great as the sales rep walked me through several different options and really looked for something that fit our needs.  We ended up getting the perfect unit, within our budget, and it is great quality . After comparing their merchandise with some of the big box stores I am convinced that they have the best merchandise.  Just want to reiterate I really felt like a person and not just another sale.  Thanks!
