We only had 30 minutes to decide on a new washer and dryer over our lunch hour. Our salesperson, Adam, was extremely nice and listened to exactly what our needs were. After we explained that our situation, Adam went over several features of a select model we were interested in. In no time, we selected the model that best fit our needs. I was very impressed with the way Adam treated us. He covered all the details without being pushy. We felt very confident that we purchased the right model. We were even able to schedule the delivery for the next day.

Adam was our sales rep and he was fantastic. I was using my extended warranty plan and thought I had the correct information, I didn’t. Adam and the service manager were fantastic. They contacted the company to get the correct information and then proceeded to complete all the needed information. Everything was complete within an hour and a half. Thank you Adam.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and great service. We were at a competitors location earlier looking fir 30 minutes and not one person approached us or asked if we needed assistance. We walked into NFM and within 5 minutes were talking with someone. They helped us make sure we matched with the finish on a previous appliance purchase st the store, and provided enough details to make the purchase. Also appreciated the low key sales approach. Wasn’t pushy. Took time to listen.

Salesmen we're great for n aiding in our search for a new refrigerator. They let us bring in our kids to test out the refrigerators. They was no pressure to purchase and their 30 day price guarantee is great! Recommend them for anyone searching for appliances.

Louis was highly professional and helped us find a washer & dryer to fit our needs and budget. We even left to check another store nearby, and there was no pressure on his part. Within an hour we were back finalize the purchase. Even your delivery date was much better than the others.
