My wife and I just recently purchased a fireplace from fireside hearth and home. The process went perfectly smooth from beginning to end. Corey Denissen, are salesperson was very Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The installation process went as scheduled. everyone showed up on time and handled themselves professionally. I was expecting delays from beginning to end and there was not one. Thank you fireside hearth and home.

The Purchasing aspect of our Wood Stove insert went really well. Nice store and helpful sales person. Our existing wood brick fireplace was looked at by Fireside then an installation date was set. When they got here to install it (6 weeks out) they couldn't get the chimney insert down the chimney. Turns out it's smaller on top than down below and the person that came out never went outside to look. They changed the type of installation and went without a chimney insert. Then the City of Maple Grove inspections got here. He asked for pictures of the installation (we had none.) He asked about a metal strip at the base of the hearth, we had none. So he left saying there was nothing he could do without pictures and the newly installed tile floor would have to be redone because nothing was said or done with a metal strip... So we are left with an expensive wood insert that we cannot use. We are thinking full refund and they come get it out of our house! UPDATE: While it could have gone better over all Fireside did step up to the plate and help out at various points to try to make it right. I have to say that they stuck with it. Even to the point of a follow Up call this Fall. when I mentioned one thing I wasn't happy with they said they would make it right and they DID. The repair person just left and it's like brand new and working great now. So it could have gone better but know that they will stick with it to make it right. Rating changed from 1 star to 4 .

Firrside was wonderful total shopping experience. From the time I walked into the beautiful showroom, I was greeted by a ssles associate that cared about my fireplace needs, took time to listen and accommodate the best unit for the space. Fireside made sure I was clear on the best application for my home and my understanding of my choice of gas fireplaces. While my sales associate worked on the best cost savings, I was offered refreshments from the refreshment bar. The process from first visit to install was seamless. The sales team took care of everything all I had to do was enjoy my new fireplace
