Stopped in on August 26th, sign on store door said 10%-40% off entire store. We received a price on a new gas fireplace and I was given a 5% discount only because I am acting as my own contractor so not sure if they no how to figure % or just who gets discounts. Probably won't be buying a fireplace here because I was showed a fireplace in the store then the salesman showed us the same fireplace in the book and figured out everything we needed and somehow the fireplace was a $1,000 more than what he showed us in the store.

Very happy with the service. Tyson was very efficient with the process and picking out the right stove for our home. Hap was very friendly and knowledgeable on the different types of stoves they have to offer. Norm and his son Ben did an awesome job installing and even saved me some money! I highly recommended Fireside. Not only are they locally owned, they are good. Thanks everyone at Fireside!

I highly recommend Fireside based on their outstanding customer service. I bought a stove from Fireside a few years back. After about a year it turned out the unit had a defect and the manufacturer chose not to honor the warranty. Instead Fireside took the hit and replaced my stove. In addition, they have been fantastic coming out to my house on several occasions to mitigate a leak issue I have with the chimney they installed and the steep pitch of my roof. No business can guarantee you that nothing will ever go wrong with their products. It is how a business responds when something does go wrong that dictates great customer service.
