Awesome experience! Found the fridge we wanted, waited just a week + for delivery, and these guys were great! They called the day before, to give us a 4 hour window when it would be delivered, then again about 1/2 hour prior to arriving at the door.  Josh & Ethan went above and beyond for me!  I'm not much of a  "handyman," so when they tried to install it, they realized we would need a water line to be hooked up for the ice/water machine. I was thinking that meant I would not be able to own my dream refrigerator, but they explained to me what needed to be done & how relatively simple it would be.  Also, our measurements were a bit off, so the appliance wasn't fitting in the space, but Josh & Ethan carefully removed the trim and it fits perfectly now!  They took the time to go over the features & benefits of our new fridge, & showed me how to operate the controls & change the filters when it was time. These guys are truly an asset to the SearsHometown Store in Bend! Next appliance purchase-I won' t even bother with Lowes or Home Depot! Truly impressed with this store! Thank you so much!

This store has been great!  We came in and purchased a house full of appliances with the snowy weather, they worked so well with us at getting our appliances to us!  The delivery guys were so great!  They strapped the appliances into our home, used to utmost care as its a new home and were very helpful with questions.  I was so incredibly impressed with the staff at the store and how kind and helpful each of them were!  They looked for the BEST sale pricing for us and beat our Lowe's, Home Depot, and Standard hands down.  And the best bonus is if I have any problems I call the store direct, unlike former experiences with other businesses who once they got my money they sent me to an 800 customer service number.  Thank you Sears in Bend, OR I will highly recommend you to others and be telling others about my service!

I received excellent customer service from everyone here. They were very patient with me when deciding on a washer and even exchanged one because it did not fit quite right in my space. The delivery guys were awesome too! Thank you Bend Sears!!

We had such a great experience buying a snow blower at Sears Hometown Store in Bend, following a very busy, post-big-snow day! Staff were busy, unboxing and putting together dozens of snow blowers, yet made the time to answer all my son's (numerous) questions.  Our sales lady, was amazing and so helpful, as were the owners. We came back to pick up the snow blower in our small SUV and realized it wouldn't fit - we were told not to worry, they'd have it delivered to our home with their compliments!  They've earned us as lifelong customers! #greatjob #sears
