I plowed a deer a day before Thanksgiving. I called the insurance and got a claim number. I stopped at RWR just to see how long a repair might take. They explained they are affiliated with my insurance company, canceled the adjuster (saving me a day or 3), were able to take the auto right then, and had me on my way to the rental company within 10 minutes. They kept me up to date on repairs. The repairs were complete before the rental expired. The truck looks great. Thank you.

I have been trying to get my Tahoe fixed since may and this is my 4th time just trying to get the correct mirror for it and on the last try I was supposed to wait there for them to replace it but I decided to give them plenty of time to fix it  so I left for a few hrs and came back just to find out they ordered the wrong mirror again and not even a phone call to let me know instead had to wait for 20 mins when I got back for them to put my door back together and still no mirror on.  Will never go back here for any work and will definitely not recommend to anyone to use this place.

This body shop is under new ownership and have a new location that is much nicer than the one previous.  The service was great and all of the staff members were extremely attentive to my vehicle. They definitely exceeded my expectations with their work, they even went out of there way to fix some areas on my car that wasn't involved with the actual damage being fixed.  If you want to get honest and trusting body work done to vehicle go here, this is the best shop I have been to in the Roanoke Valley. Thanks again Roanoke Wreck Repair, I will continue to bring you all my business.
