I came in for an alignment due to just having both inner and outer tie rods replaced, center link and idler arm which I preformed. After I preformed the work myself i had it dead on regarding driving straight and no more shakes on interstate. I did notice a little uneven wear on my brand new tire which was the reason for alignment. When I got the truck out of shop I noticed it was pulling to the right quite a bit. And the shakes on interstate was worse than before I change out steering components. Now I'm pretty mechanically declined so I took a peek and noticed my idler arm both was less than hand tight. Now that could of been my fault due to not tighting all the way. But that should of been caught by a simple shake of tires which I'm told by a vet mechanic should of been the first task preformed. And also wad told that the alignment of the truck that it was almost the worst out it could possibly be. Now I have a pretty old truck so if a bolt gets removed or loosen you can definitely tell. And the camber screws were definitely weren't touched and the tie rod adjustment sleeve was in the exact spots I left them. So long story short they charged me $107 to do absolutely nothing to my truck. And lied and said the camber screws and tie rods were adjusted. And when I set them up on the low they blamed it on a mechanic that's not as good as the one that's working today. Just got refund and will never come to this location again and would highly encourage you to do the same.

Took my car in for a noise being made while turning.  Was told I needed a new rack and pinion. They also recommended replacing power steering pump.  $ 1400 quote.  
Took to gateway tire in Collierville, they flushed power steering fluid, noise gone, everything else fine.   Long story short $80 dollars.    80

Always under staffed. Made an appointment for oil change and front end alignment and the said it would be 60-75 minutes. I came back an hour and a half later and my car had not moved. They now tell me that they are understaffed and some inspections had taken longer than expected. I still am waiting. This is going to be the third time that this has taken more than 3 hours.
