Went to get my oil changed Friday morning at 7:15. The store says it opens at 7:00  upon arriving there is one persons there who informs me he cannot get started until the other employees get there and they are 30 minutes out. I return the next day get my oil changed, they then inform me the oil changes is $70.  I did not ask for top of the oil nor did I want it.  The guy did take $20 off but I feel like I should have been informed about the price prior to the service as I told them when I got there that I only wanted a basic oil change.

The guys here were very helpful & knowledgeable about what they were doing! It was a rainy day when I came in & very last minute. These guys did a WONDERFUL job & took care of me & my car efficiently & nicely! I WILL be coming back!!!

Two technicians could not figure out how to reset my oil change notification and did not alert me of same. I notice oil maintenance light was still on after I drove a0way and called back. Instead of apologizing for inconvenience and asking me to return, tech google directions and read to me as I was driving and instructed me to turn car off. I paid $82 and it took more than 30 minutes.  Had 2 return on separate day for them to figure it out.

Fast and friendly staff .I have taken my personal vehicle and my work truck few times each and always end up with hand prints all over areas they have worked .
