Replaced bad valve stem on 9/5. Today a different valve stem is faulty. Asked them didn't they inspect all tires. They replied yes and all were fine at the time. So I guess 2 valve stems went bad within 2 days. Really??? So 2 separate trips for an issue that should have been checked the first time. I would not recommend this locstion

Updating a few months later since they didn’t do the job correctly after all:
For starters, I am quite skeptical and weary of any mechanic shop because I am a single woman doing everything on own. That being said, this firestone has treated me VERY WELL for a year now.  I have even gone to other firestone who tried to charge me more or for something I didn't need and these guys here at 301 store did the right thing at the right price. The blonde girl who works there is the fastest at taking credit card payments and has me in and out. I really like these guys and it's refreshing to seem to have people with morals working there and not just trying to make a penny off a poor girl!  They all deserve some kind of recognition at this store, honestly good customer service is hard to come by these days.
  Update: this has been changed to a 1 Star after my car broke down and the third party inspector found that my job was not done properly. I now have had to change spark plugs, wires and ignition coils because the “mechanics” failed to clean up the old oil around my spark plugs after “fixing” my oil & head gasket leak.  They have had my car for weeks and nothing has been fixed and I have a case with corporate. The third party inspector told me personally that my cars issues were directly due to firestone not completing the job. I took the car to them TWICE after they “fixed” it and they said nothing was wrong. The inspector said they had many oppprtunities to locate and address my vehicles issues. They still have my car at the location on 41 and their review will come after I finally get it back. Nothing but incompetence.

These guys are great! I had my back brakes replaced on my truck and these guy were awesome. They did the job right yes but they went the extra mile. They knew I was in a time crunch and to speed it along the guy at the front desk jumped in to help me get out of there. You don't see that very often. I got to work on time thanks to these guys

The best repair and maintenance facility in the area. This location stocks interstate batteries which is the best battery I have ever used.
