Got tires year ago, with service plan. Made an appointment for 10:15 to determine why front right tire keeps losing air. They did not even get the car into the shop until 11am, but then, no one worked on it. When I asked, "what's the point of making an appointment?" 'Gregory' smugly said, 'getting upset doesn't help.' Finally, half hour later, another person showed me a (phone) picture of a screw in the tire. Took them until 12 noon (one hour and 45 minutes) to fix the tire. When they gave me my keys back, since they took the tire off the car to fix it, I said, "did you check alignment and balance?" I was told alignment would not be affected. I drove away, only to find at 50 mph, the steering wheel vibrating so much, the change in my cup holder was furiously clinking. When I called them to complain, I was first told, it must be from the rear. When I said, 'funny, it wasn't doing that until I brought it in to you' he said, bring it right back in, we'll check it. Since I have a life and obligations, I elected to make another 'appointment' to get it fixed. He sarcastically told me they'd open Sunday "Just for you" and made an appointment for noon. Then, I got a confirmation for my appointment for Monday at 10 am. Can I rate less than 1 star? NEVER NEVER NEVER go to Sears for tires. Used to be a reputable company but not anymore. So, update: I brought the car in on Sunday at noon. Got it back at 1:30. Seems they balanced the tires correctly this time. Still, 2 visits and over 3 hours to fix a flat is just unacceptable.

The service there is so poor. I went to do an oil change they made me wait two hours and some customers that were getting there after me they were getting helped before me. Also the guy who was taking the customer was careless with me. He seems like he didn't care about the time that i had waited and told me to go to others place it i was in a hurry. I'm never going back to that place again.

Ordered tires on line but the store did not have in stock as the email stated so the service writer gave us Uniroyal, better tire, for the same price I paid for Diehard tires. And, was very helpful through the process!
