Just bought our second new dodge from Scott B at Firkins. I was so impressed with the dealership, the care of the staff and professionalism overall when we bought our first car there that a year later we went back and bought another one. I can tell that they really do care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide such a high level of professionalism. Thanks to everyone especially Scott. I jokingly said maybe my wife and I will make this an annual event in January buying a new car at firkins. And honestly if I could afford it I would because it's just an overall great experience there!

A straight up adult experience without dealership game playing. Jeff made a fair offer on my car and the one I was looking at. As it happened I found a slightly better value elsewhere. It would have helped if they let me leave with their offer in hand. It might have won them my business, but their rules didn't allow it.

I had been to several locations throughout the year. Stopping into different dealerships in the Sarasota area.  Researched Firkins a lot since they were always the lowest price around. Found a truck I was very interested in and ended up working with Brad Saunders. The entire process went very smooth from start to finish no doubt Brad knew what he was doing. The team was able to get me into my brand new 1500 for the price I was looking for. Brad is an amazing product specialist and very friendly and easy to talk to!  He knows his stuff and will assist with anything he can to make the buying experience a nice experience. I will continue to go to Firkins and Brad for our Ram needs! I will highly recommend Firkins to all my clients, friends, and family!

I had an amazing experience working with Joe in the service department!! He was very prompt to communicate with me concerning my repairs! He kept his word through out the whole time l was there waiting on my van to be repaired!! My van was diagnosed and repaired properly and at a fair price!! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience!!! Thanks Joe!! Kent and Jackie Hamilton.

A lovely car buying experience .  Planned on doing all the competitive shopping stuff, but Scott Betti, found us the perfect car for a GREAT price.  He didn’t put the pressure, he gave us the product that is right for us, without the extras!  He even gave me his computer to do all the research to be comfortable with our decision.  We planned on shopping today and buying by New Years... we drove home in our new Jeep 😁
