Great job on the brakes on my Ford Taurus but the windshield wiper arm still squeak

EDIT: Took to another mechanic and he told me the things firestone recommended were bull. This place will just try to suck out $1200 repairs for things that done need fixing. Will never go again and highly recommend you get double checked if you go here. 

Overpriced, Had an oil change and inspection and then eventually had them replace tires and it took 3 or so hours.Went in for an oil change and they offered a 9$ rotation and checkup and so i took it. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to spend $2k on repairs pitching dire consequences. called my parents mechanic and he told me that their claims are fairly exaggerated and that he would do it for a lot cheaper. I did get my tires replaced for impact damage and wall damage and they replaced only 3 of them? I have never ever seen this before in my life, I've only seen 2 or 4 tire replacements. Typical scam mechanics trying to charge you for everything. Giving it a three because they showed me the problems and the people were okay as far as service goes. Be wary and get a second opinion on things

My experience with this Firestone location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, this location is extremely busy. Be sure to call ahead and make an appointment.

June 2016 (we live 45 miles from KC).
Alignment went well.
The balance/rotate on new tires was horrible.
Had no time before our 3400 mile trek to correct the issue. The speed limit in Utah is 80 mph and we could not even cruise at 70 for very long.
I did not do it any earlier because I knew we would go many miles.

Super nice staff took care of my flat tire emergency late in the day, so that I could get home at a reasonable time. Very grateful for their friendliness and speed!
