I first went to Hank's Auto Repair some years ago on the recommendation of another mechanic who couldn't get to my vehicle in the time frame I needed. Since then they have been my "go to" for all our vehicles. 

I can count on the them to tell me what a vehicle needs, and more importantly, what it doesn't need so we don't spend money on unnecessary repairs. 

They have their own tow truck and very reasonable tow rates. 

The employees are to the point, which I prefer. If you want dialogue go see a therapist. If you want your vehicle fixed by honest men at a fair price check out Hank's Auto Repair.

I dropped off my vehicle in good condition for a MO state vehicle inspection.  I had it serviced a few days prior at the dealership, with no issues.  An employee called me back saying I failed my inspection due to a large crack in the windshield, one that was not present when I dropped the car off in their care.  I had to replace the windshield on my own.  Would not recommend their service to anyone.  No accountability.

Terrible customer service and "fixed" the car to the tune of $650 but obviously didn't know what they were doing considering the car still had the same problem when they were done.  Then started guessing what was wrong and couldn't figure it out.  Ultimately took the car somewhere else and it was fixed within a day.  Turns out they weren't even close and must not have had the tools to properly diagnose the problem.  Would never go there again!!!!  They are in a rough part of town and you can't leave your cars outside without them being vandalized so they keep them inside but charge you outrageous fees if you can't pick the car up in 3 days.  However, they are closed on the weekend and Saturday and Sunday count in those 3 days.  If you want to be treated poorly and pay for repairs that you might not need I would go here but if not, I would steer clear and take your car to a more reputable auto repair shop.

The boys at Hank's don't mince words or promise the world. They do the work correctly, by the book, and charge a fair price for it.
