I went to get my Car Inspection, and from the moment I was let in the door at 7:30am it was smooth sailing, Michael was friendly and courteous and so was the Tech that inspected my Car, I left with a good feeling and I have been going to this place for some time and have always had a good experience. Also the new decor' looks great and is very comfortable. I was there all of 15" and was on my way with confidence that my Car is in good road shape. Thanks so much. Keep up the excellent work.

My wife and I have been using KC Complete Auto for regular maintenance on our vehicles since we moved to KC about 6 months ago. We've consistently been impressed with their high-quality work and friendly, professional customer service. Highly recommend!

since I have moved to Kansas City from St. Joseph a decade ago I never had a place to take my car for things like oil changes and inspections. Everyplace like Valvoline and other "10 minute oil" places were so over priced and tried to upsell me as if I was trying to buy a whole new car. 

I started going to KC complete a year ago and love it. They are never pushy, have great advice, and so reasonable. They cost less everyday than if I would have to have a groupon or something to another large franchise.

No nonsense, no BS about unnecessary, expensive repairs. Solid place run professionally by very nice people. This is my go to place for oil changes, maintenance, and repairs.

This place wanted to charge me over $700 to replace an ignition control module. I don't think so. That part is $200 at most online. If labor is $100/hr, then it would've taken them 5 hours to replace it?! If you want honest work done at an honest price, DON'T go here.
