Today as I was getting on the highway my TPMS came on notifying me tire pressure was low.  Not being close or having the time to go to the Honda Dealer at 103rd.  I pulled into Firestone at 135 th Washington, Martin City. Dave came right out, assessed the problem, advised me the dealer had air pressure over the mfg. recommended limit. He adjusted the pressure, and reset the information.  Very thankful Dave was so helpful.  I will be going back for, oil changes, tires and state inspections. Thank you Dave.

In my opinion they used high pressure tactics and tried to scare my wife into unnecessary repairs.

If you like to waste your money, go here. Spent over $2,000 - still have issues with my car. Not from around the area, came here hoping I would find a place to continue to return to for oil changes, etc. I am by far a picky person. I never leave reviews. But this was necessary and I hope it helps the next person. Originally, they quoted my husband way less of a charge, then they just kept adding things wrong with the car. He and I both know absolutely nothing about cars. When issues arose after a week of having it back, we went in to speak with them very politely. The man working the counter was unprofessional, rude, and did not care that we were upset because issues were arising again. Find professionals to work on your cars. Here we are again, car has to go back to the shop. I regret coming to this place and will never take my business there again.

Doing their best to perpetuate the stereotype of shady mechanics. I took my car here to have it aligned because i purchased their "lifetime alignment" package. They said it was just a little out of alignment and gave me the printout. Still pulling the next day i took it to reputable mechanic to have it checked again. Sure enough it was way out of alignment. This is the second time this has happened with this firestone location. I would strongly discourage anyone from trusting this shop!!!!
