Service was friendly and helpful.  Went in for a repair at 10 am and was back on the road by 1 pm.  They didn't have my tire in stock, so they had someone rush it over from another nearby location.  Overall, very good service - my only complaint is that they assured me they'd get me out by 12:30, but it was after 1 pm by the time they actually finished.

Walked in to set up an appt for inspection. The guy never even acknowledged me. Having a personal conversation with another young man. Answers the phone, has an entire phone call and goes right back to talking to the other guy, this time answering elaborate questions. If he'd just looked at me and said something to acknowledge me I'd have been fine. Not going back there.

Fred is an excellent manager and very accommodating. Very courteous and quick response time. highly recommended   !!!!  Don't listen  to the negative remarks on this site they are bogus!!!

I needed my tire plugged I knew something was up when he was talking to me about new tires which I told them again I just needed it plugged. 20 mins later he told me it wasn't fix-able because of a scratch on the side of the tire. Luckily I hold of went to a different location  and was able to get my tire fixed without a problem.

I gave 1 star because a negative amount is not available. I dropped my vehicle off at 11am and told them that my rear passenger tire needed to be plugged. I called them at 4pm and was told that my vehicle will be next. I came by hoping that it was done around 5:15pm and my car wasn't even touched. When I went in, the same guy told me that "it's the next one up" and he was actually surprised when I asked him for my keys back. So my car was there all day and didn't get fixed. A job that literally takes 5 minutes did not get done. I would've done it myself if I wasn't 39 weeks pregnant.
