I believe that the employees here try to take advantage of young women because they think we don't know much about our vehicles. Wrong. They rated my tires as poor and tried to sell me four tires playing the "not safe" card. The tires were less than a year old and are in good condition (this was later confirmed by another Firestone location). They charged me to fix the alignment, but noted that it still pulls to the left. If they knew the problem wasn't fixed, why did they let me pay for it? I ended up getting the alignment re-checked at a different Firestone and they told me that the car was not aligned. So they ended up having to do the work themselves for free bc these Fort Mill guys screwed up. They also told me that my tires are fine and I may need to replace them in about 6 months to a year. I gave two stars because one of the female employees was very nice. Will NOT be coming back here.

The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable. Amanda makes coming in easy and painless as possible. I am so glad, I have found this place, I will continue to bring my car here.

Great store. Fair price for work completed. Honest about repairs. I bring all my vehicles to this shop.
