He explained all work performed and ensured that all my concerns had been addressed. I departed with every confidence in the quality of the work performed. I will not hesitate to recommend this Firestone to family and friends in need of cordial, expert, quality automotive care. Great Job!

They are always busy and sometimes take a while but they will get the job done right. They missed an issue with the hardware on my brakes and when I took it back in they had to order new parts which they paid for and put on at no charge. Excellent work I love Firestone

I stopped by with a spare tire on my car after getting a flat. I asked for a plug in the flat tire. I was told that there was a patch in the tire already that had come undone and that’s why the tire went flat and they couldn’t fix this tire. This one was bought brand new about 8 months ago. I’ve never put a patch in it. Took it back to the place I bought the tire at, where I know the guy very well, and was told I was lied to by Firestone. There’s no patch in this tire and there was a nail in it. Easy fix. They lied to me to try to get me to buy a new tire thinking I didn’t know any better I guess. I only went there out of convenience because I work next door to them. Will not be back, they take advantage of people.

Jeremy and his team will give you great service. I found them to be honest and  willing to earn and keep your business. Great tires at good price.

I called them first thing when they opened because I woke up to a slow leak in one of my tires and they were able to get me in and out within 30 mins with no appt. I greatly appreciated it because I'm traveling to Baltimore for work today too! Jeremy was wonderful, very friendly and professional. I will absolutely be back again!
