This the best place you can have for taking care of you car repair and maintenance. Believe me! I tried many places and I rarely have pleasant experience. But with Pope Davis, the customer service is excellent, prices are very fair! and they are efficient! they take care of their customers very well! They will detect the real problem in your car, and fix it very quickly! They would honor any repair they make if something happens later on. In summary, they value their customers!

My family and I have been customers of theirs for years, it was always the first place that came to mind when taking a vehicle. On the 17th i took my vehicle there to get an oil change, paid, and left. I got home and could not get out of my car, i concluded that they broke my door handle. I had to roll down my window and let myself out with my exterior door handle. My car is fairly new, so its not prone to "coincidences" as Cindy called it. You would have to be incredible hulk or just plain stupid to break the interior handle. So if you would like to take your vehicle somewhere and have them break stuff on it, and then told "not our fault", "coincidences happen", "they are not paying for the part to fix it"", be my guest. We will not be back. Now that it is fixed, he broke the door handle on the inside to the point it cracked, the only way to do that is forcing it open. Terrible customer service.
