Called on Saturday said they were  not busy and could get me right in for an oil change. Arrived and was told it would be a 2 hour wait, did not have time for that and scheduled an appointment for 4:30 on Monday and was told I would get priority.  Arrived on Monday at 4:15  and was told there are 3 cars ahead of me and would be a 2 hr wait. Why did i bother to make an appointment I asked and left. Sorry I gave 1 star  could not figure out how to give less

Wish I could give less. Went here had a long wait time, then overcharged. Only needed spark plugs but could'nt drive my car out of the parking lot. Guy told me I had a exhaust leak. Finally made it out the parking lot to stop in the street. Went to Advance auto where they said I had bad gas. Long story short my spark plugs were put on wrong and it took all of the Tow Truck guy 30 seconds to fix it! I'm getting my money back!!!!!

The employees are nice but the system which they reside in is, in the least,  questionable. Prices are a little high. They do upsale. Their technicians are competent and they can find and resolve your issues. But going to their business is teetering on being an uncomfortable experience.

My van broke down on 26HWY just before Thanksgiving 2017 just on my way down to HHI. My van got towed to this location and they were nice enough to take time to check it out for me.  Since they could not get the part that evening I had to leave it there over Thanksgiving.  I went to pick it up and they got it running again.  It was a coolant hose leak issue.  Anyway - thanks to the TEAM (Andrea, Jamaree and Deven) who got me back on the road.  They were friendly and good to work with.

We We’re traveling from VA to Florida and intended on staying in Savannah ga for the night, our tire blew out on our enclosed trailer on 95! Stayed the night in Santee,Sc..began the search for a tire shop open on Sunday..and found this Firestone..thank God! Shalamar was the utmost professional,informative employee we have ever ran into! Thank you for the quick service and recommendations on the 3 new tires we desperately needed! Go see these guys they are the best! Thank you!
