AMAZING! We recently moved from out of state (where front license plates not required). Unfortunately, my wife received a ticket and this location installed the bracket and license plate as a courtesy with no charge. We went by a few weeks later as our AC was not working. Another shop quoted us more than $2800 and charged over $100 for an inspection! The local Hinsdale shop, made all repairs for less than $1300 and saved us $1500 as many of the other quoted prices/parts were not needed. Fabulous savings, great customer service and attentive to our needs and time !!

These guys are a bunch of clowns. I had an 11am appointment and they told I had an 5 hour wait for my oil change. What's the sense of making an appointment for a 5 hour wait anyway. Better off walking in. This place knows how to pack alot of clowns in one place.

What a joke. Only interested in the BOTTOM LINE and MAKING SALES. Don't care about their customers at all. Called for a quote - got one price so brought the vehicle in - once there - service writer gave me a different and MUCH more expensive price. Shady business practices. Absolutely ridiculous and will be contacting store owner with specifics. If this happened to me, how many other people will it happen to?

Outstanding customer service. Had a low tire due to cold. Selena immediately saw me pull up - came out, checked, identified and replaced the broken value in 5 minutes right before a long trip.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Asked if it could be done the same day, was told yes, and that it should be ready by about 1pm. At 1:30pm I returned to find my vehicle untouched. I asked for the keys and asked if I could come back in the morning. I decided to bring it back at 7am the next day at the advice of an employee, that way it would be in and out quickly. Arrived the next morning and was told it would take longer than initially thought since theyre booked and short a tech. Apprehensive, I left the vehicle with them and told them I need the vehicle back by no later than 4pm at the very latest. Arrived back at 4:15 to find my vehicle on the lift. My vehicle has sat in the parking lot for a combined 12 hours in the last two days, all for a simple oil change. What's the point of making appointments if they are not honored? Unprofessional and uncoordinated. I will not be returning here.
