Most friendly BMW dealer in the area. They will take their time and go over every questions you have. I was interested into 2 different models and ended up going with the numbers that were right for me. They did everything they could to give me their best deals and give me a very fair value for my trade in and in the end I ended up with first a great experience at that dealer, working with Chris, but also with the deal I ended up having and the great car I ended up driving.

Highly recommend Service Advisor James Randall. Took car in for service relating to a limited extended warranty repair on my 2011 335is. Based on my experiences at other BMW dealers, I expected James to give me the runaround and make getting the repair covered under warranty difficult or force me to do a bunch of other repairs first. Instead, after explaining my issue and citing the limited extended warranty, the dealer performed the requested requested repair work the same day at no cost to me. The experience was not only frustration free, but James and Laurel BMW greatly exceeded my expectations all around.

I went in for an oil top-off when the service rep convinced me to get an early oil change done and promised it would be done in 45 minutes.  Agreed to do it and had to change schedules as it was unplanned.  An hour later when I checked, he came back and mentioned to me that they had found some issues and decided to take care of it...so it would be a bit longer.  Finally when the car was done, the front office made me wait another 10-15 minutes waiting for "paperwork" because they were busy so surprised at the service tech offer to get my car oil change done.

i appreciate the team's effort in getting my car fixed but a bit candid dialog upfront and ongoing updates when things are not going as planned would have helped me make choices on what works for me versus being told after the fact.

I can't say enough good things about Rich Rams -- he was communicative, helpful, informative, and felt more like a partner than a salesperson during the whole find/research/buy process. I drove 8 hours to Chicago to pick up my X4 and couldn't be happier with it. It was in mint condition, as promised.. Finance/paperwork had some significant errors which were fixed. I will go back to Rich and Laurel BMW!

I needed my tail light repaired.   Ryan was very helpful in scheduling the repair.  They needed to order parts and Ryan followed up to schedule an appointment when the part came in.  They found I needed another part during the repair, so they gave a brand new loaner for the night while they got the other part.  Ryan called early the next morning to say the car was done and it looks really good.   Looks like new.
