I had to write a review for this location. I bought my Jeep grand Cherokee for brake problems. Not only did they do the job right but worked with me on adjusting my bill. I basically had a set amount of cash available for this repair.  Well it cost more than I had available.  Kyle and Anna treated me with dignity and respect and reduced my bill by using coupons and discounts.  My bill became affordable and I have my truck back.  I will bring my vehicle back here for all future repairs and maintenance

Manager is a stand-up guy. I'd give em 5 stars if they hadn't ruined my tire installing a patch. They made good on it but I could have lived without the inconvenience.

Called and made an appointment for 1 headlight to be changed. Was ask which side. I said drivers was quoted a price of $14.99 before taxes without me asking a price. Get to my appointment and the guy insisted i said i needed my taillight changed. He didn't get my name right nor did he get my phone number correct. So i know he wasn't listening but insisted i now pay $87 when i was not quoted that price. Will not be back if your reps can't even put things into the computer correct. You will not be touching my car. Think twice before you go here. At another location right a few blocks away and only was charged $40. This place will rip you off

I woke up to a flat tire and no air in my spare. My road assistance through Gieco towed my pickup to Firestone in Apple Valley. They were so friendly and kept the cost down. I will be going there for everything from now on.

I have had nothing but fantastic service from this Firestone since we moved to Apple Valley in 2015. I service both my wife's car and my truck here. They have always provided me with the material I need and haven't pushed unnecessary products on me. They have become a place I can trust and rely on.
