Rang for almost 2 minutes. They answered and then hung up. I heard the phone slamming.  Called again for 2 minutes. Got an answer and they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Hiring people that speak and understand English or people smart enough to look up a word they don't understand would be nice.

Not getting my money.

Terrible customer service!  Would have given 0 stars if it let me!  Showed up twice at 5 PM  to get tires installed that I ordered online, and was informed that they could not get to it before close at 8.  I was told to try showing up before they open to get in line (give me a break).  

I also tried calling 3 times.  They never answer.  I don't know why they even have a phone.   Maybe their "technicians" don't know how to use it.

Anyways they need to improve by allowing people to schedule appointments.  I shouldn't have to take time off of work or wake up at 6 am on a weekend to get tires installed.  Completely unacceptable.

Will never go back here.  Would rather pay more than deal with the high school students they hire.

If I could negative 5 that's how bad! New to the area in Minneapolis, and didn't realize that not ever Super Walmart here doesn't have a tire & lube. So that's why I traveled 30 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY! If you can avoid this location! To many people standing around not doing anything hence why nothing every gets done and serves is so damn slow and bad. No one here knows what there doing or talking about. Came in for my tire and they weren't even going to look at it the first time they were just going to put air in it and I said no can you look at it it I do have road hazard with my tires. Thank god I did because I need a new one. But because everyone is standing around services was slow and was unable to get my tire looked at properly and fixed. So I came back today to get my new tire and I tell yeah what the morning people are hell of a lot terrible then the evening staff! They completely had no idea or anything about my car information. So it turned into them saying I needed four new tires which there only two years old. So no completely avoid this lotaction people!!!!
