If you are hesitant about going here don't be:

Fast Glass replacement they took care of everything, I didn't even have to call my insurance company to file a claim.  The service manager, techs and staff were courteous, prompt and definitely worked well together.  Not that I hope I have another cracked window, but if I do I will go here again.

Second Windshield with Safelite - excellent customer services by all the staff we dealt with and very easy to get in and out.  Thank you to the AV staff for consistently going above and beyond!  Highly recommend this location.

Had a "parts issue" (sent my windshield to the wrong store) and didn't bother calling me. I had to call them to figure out if my appointment was still on to find this out and have it rescheduled for another day.

I just used the Safelite mobile service to have my windshield replaced and all I have to say is WOW!  This company screams quality, professionalism and efficiency.  I couldn't be happier about the entire process of requesting an appointment online, having them file the insurance claim and then having them come to my home to do the work.  Simply incredible. I can't forget to mention that the technician was also fantastic. He was professional and friendly and left the work area spotless.  Safelite has earned a customer for life.

Back window needed replacing, the first time the person came out he said that there was a dent that would make him unable to seal the window properly. He told me exactly what needed fixing and it was very easy to reschedule. The next person who came was so fast and quick I wouldn't have known he was here if I hadn't glanced out the window. Looks beautiful! I also really liked that I got a text with a photo of the technician who came out.
