They did not tell me while giving my car an alignment that they couldn't give a lifetime alignment. Only said they check it first to make sure if they could offer it, or not.

 I Was not too happy cause I could have gone somewhere else for a wheel alignment that costed half the amount they charged at over $100 For 4 wheel alignment on an older car.

They don't want to deal with the hassle of an older vehicle so they become shady. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

I've been here 3 times, all bad experiences.  One of those times was to fix what they messed up the second time.  Had bad experience with writers not doing what I asked for a fleet account. Took 30 minutes of going back and forth to get tire prices.  Finally settle on tires they have to order.  Got to store around 10:30am and left just after 3:30pm. Went directly home as my day was shot it's s work truck so I didn't get back in it till Monday and all 4 tires had leaked 2 tires lost 10psi and 2 tires lost 26psi. I was headed on a 250 mile trip so I stopped to fill them back up and realized my valve stems had not been changed which is a problem when replacing tires they were all leaking.  I was certainly charged for them though. Also along my trip my tpms sensor starts yelling at me that it has been damaged.  So naturally I call them up tell them I'm headed out of town I'll be back on Friday (today) at 9am I need this fixed ASAP I have important work to complete and can't be waiting all day.  I showed up at 8:45 it is now 10:30 and here I sit like a jackass staring at my truck in the parking lot that hasn't been touched.  This place is not going to be receiving our business anymore.

Ask if they could look at a hole in my tire to see if it needed a patch or if it was ok and was refused to even look at it  would give no stars if option

Got my car checked out for a new driver Uber inspection. Cheap and fast.

Avoid. Either deceptive or incompetent.
A brake job on a pickup truck labor charge doubled to $160 after I was quoted " Ya, we can slap those pads on for 80." to my face knowing I said front and rear. " Then it is 80 per axle after the fact. 
I also supplied the pads. 
The BBB is next on the list.
