I had a relatively small but important welding job, in that it would repair a needed assistive device that was much needed by a recently injured teenager. I was in and out of the shop with a part that was literally better than new in less than 20 minutes. The technician and receptionist were very courteous. And, there was no charge for this job. I would have happily paid, but it was very nice gesture that I won't forget.

This place is the absolute best. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you with whatever is wrong. Even if you don't know much about cars, they won't try to swindle you into paying for unnecessary services. If your car breaks down or needs maintenance, THIS is where you need to go in the NWA!

This review is long overdue. Seeburg Service Center is the only mechanic shop you should bring your vehicle to. Coy is my go-to-guy when I have problems with my cars and trucks. He should be everyone’s go-to-guy if they have a problem with their vehicle. He’s everything you’d want in a good mechanic; knowledgeable, no-nonsense, affordable, and trustworthy. I cannot sing his praises enough. He’s maintained my nicer vehicles, both personal & company, and he’s miraculously been able to keep the biggest heaps of junk I’ve owned limping along for years too. I have never felt like I was being ripped off at Seeburg. On the contrary, I feel like I have a group of people & friends there who are looking out for me and my best interest and they always treat me like I’m their best customer. The whole team at the Fayetteville Seeburg location not only delivers quality service, but they do it at affordable prices. 5 stars across the board for them.

I am the owner of Johns Auto Center in Ft Smith Arkansas and we had performed some work on a customers Jeep that moved from Ft. Smith to Fayetteville. The customer called and said she had a fuel leak and I called Seeburg to see if they could help. It all started good as they checked the leak and determined it was the fuel tank which was not a part that we had changed although we had the tank out draining old gas and replacing the fuel level sensor. Shawna called me and quoted me a price for the tow and R&R the fuel tank which seemed like a good price. I informed Shawna that I would cover the tow and the labor to remove and replace the tank and the customer would get her own tank. Shawna informed me that it was policy that customer supplied parts were not allowed but because of the circumstances that they would allow it this time. When the part showed up it was determined that it would not work and I was contacted by the customer for help to figure out why. I contacted Shawna two times and both times the technician was not available to talk and she told me he would call me back. No call was ever made by the technician and I honestly thought they had figured it out because of no return call. Approximately 3 weeks later the customer calls me saying that Seeburg has called her and told her that she needs to pick her Jeep up because it had been there too long. The reason it was there longer than it had to be is because they made no effort to help rectify the situation and would not return my phone calls to help them rectify the situation. I was also charged the full amount for half the job, the tow yes but not remove and replace labor cost for removal only. In short I understand the no customer parts policy to avoid warranty issues and correct fit issues like we have in this case but the way it was handled, lack of effort and communication, and the charges for the work performed were out of line and for that reason I will not recommend Seeburg to any of my customers in the future. ***Update*** District Manager called the next business day after posting my review. After a very professional conversation we agreed that there was fault on both sides and I was refunded some of the labor cost. There is not a shop around that gets it right every time, including mine. When the management reaches out to you to try and make a bad situation better, it says a whole lot about the organization and the effort put forward to make sure that not only the customer is happy but also to learn from the situation to keep it from happening again. Thanks for the effort in this situation.
