I took my car in to get my belts replaced, including my A/C belt. Before I took my car in, my air conditioning was working perfect; it was actually one of the things I loved about my car. I went to pick my car up, and it wasn't too hot that day so I didn't use my air conditioner. The next day when I was driving to work, I turned on my A/C and it was blowing just fine, with no noises or weird smells or anything, but there was no cold air at all! It was basically just a fan. I thought ok... maybe they forgot to hook something up, I'll call them. I called them, the guy on the phone (don't remember his name) said to bring it back and they'll fix it. I said I work two jobs and won't have a chance again for a while but I'll bring it in ASAP. Well that chance was last Friday. I brought my car in and after 2.5 hours, I get a phone call saying that my A/C is totally destroyed, because the new A/C belt they put into it broke it. They said they'd replace the A/C belt free of charge since it was covered by their warranty but said they wouldn't fix the A/C and actually were gonna charge me $1300 for the pleasure of breaking it and then needing to repair it. Not only that, but the manager was the one who discussed this with me on the phone, and she couldn't help but throw in little condescending comments like "maybe your stepdad or dad can explain this to you" and "I'm not sure if you understand what this means BUT" and stuff like that... very unprofessional and rude.

Took my car in for regular service and two of the tires were low. They kept me waiting 10 minutes just to drop it off at 7:30 am with no other customers and very few cars in the shop. I showed the $30 off coupon I received in the mail twice, but it was not applied to my total. After the total was rung up, BEFORE I SIGNED, I mentioned the coupon again and was told that it was too late to change the total. I was given a business card for next time with "free standard oil change" written on the back- but I certainly won't be back to this particular Firestone. After picking up the car, with all tires at full pressure, two tires began to leak again. There was a half of a chain-link in one tire and a nail in the other that were not found during my tire rotation and inspection. Other Firestones in the area have provided good service, but I would avoid this location.

Best firestone in Denver, great management and a solid team. Good honest service. Would recommend to anyone. A gem among firestones

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - 2/6/17 - Noticed a nail in the tire of our jeep while gassing it up. Drove over a mile to the Firestone that was still open, on Melody Drive in Thornton, CO. Guy at the counter said it would cost $20 to pull the nail and plug the tire. No problem. I pulled the jeep into the garage, with him guiding me. I went into the waiting room, 5 mins later the guy at the counter walked up to me and said "you need to buy a new tire". I jokingly said "yeah right, it's a nail in the tire". He took me into the garage and said "First, we can't plug this, because it's less than 2 fingers away from the sidewall (still don't know if that part is true btw) AND there's this" - He showed me an almost 6 inch gaping hole in the sidewall of my tire, that was NOT there when I drove it in to the garage, or when I drove the jeep more than a mile to get to the Firestone. Not once did he take responsibility for it, nor did he offer to make it right in any way, since it was obviously his tech that destroyed my tire. Even if it was accidental, which I'm not sure after reading the other reviews, they need to take responsibility for their actions. In addition to that, I called Firestone customer service the moment I got back home (riding on a donut btw), they opened a complaint file for me and told me the manager of this location would get back to me within 24 hours. It's currently 2/8/17, more than 40 hours since I was told the manager would get in contact with me, and still nothing. The attached pictures are the nail in the tire, which he said they couldn't remove and plug, AND 2 pics of the damage they did to my tire. I have since purchased 2 new tires, totaling over $125 from another retailer, and Firestone has done NOTHING to accept responsibility or make this situation right. Oh yeah, and he charged me $10 to put the donut on my jeep, after they destroyed my tire. This place is awful and I warn everyone to stay away. Not sure how/why they stay in business, but if this is the way customers are treated every day at this location, I hope they are closed down soon. I tried to give them 0 stars, however I couldn't post my review without giving them at least one.

This location used to be the only place I would take my car. However they have become ruid and they keep trying to overcharge me and not help me with the services I need. Will not take my car back
