This place has given me the best customer service experience I have ever had! I was driving from CO to WY when I began to hear a major grinding noise. I stopped here as it was the closest place. When I walked in a was greeted with friendly faces. I told them what was happening and even though they were extremely busy they told me they would take a look. After inspecting everything it was not great news but they physically showed me exactly what the problem was. I was traveling with my 2 dogs and wasn't sure what I was going to do while they fixed it. They told me to bring the dogs inside and hang out in the air conditioned lobby!!! While I was waiting they visited with me and even made sure I went to their website to get coupons for the service. It's never good to hear you have to spend lots of money on repairs but the customer service these men displayed was absolutely amazing and I am being 100% honest when I say I will be returning here for any other repairs or maintenance I need even though I live 2 hours away. Totally worth it! Thank you guys so much!

NOTHING BUT GOOD VIBES!!  SHAWN THE MANAGER WAS GREAT AS WELL, AS HIS TEAM!!   THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL!! I CAME IN AND NEEDED FRONT BRAKES DONE AND THEY GAVE ME A HONEST QUOTE AND  GOT IT DONE IN NO TIME!!  NO HIDDEN PRICES OR GAMES LIKE MOST OTHER SHOPS..I RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ANYTIME!!!

My husband and I have taken our vehicles to Brakes Plus in Thornton on several occasions, to have our brakes done, a drum repair and most recently I had a cracked radiator.  Each time we visit everyone there is very professional and really nice.  Just this week when I brought my car in due to a coolant leak they discovered a crack in my radiator.  I was brought back into the garage area so they could show me what was happening and then provided me with a detailed estimate of what would be needed to fix it.  This would take several hours as they needed to have a part brought over from another location.  Shawn, the general manager, was kind enough to take me home so I wasn't stranded.  This was completely unexpected but very much appreciated.  I know that when I take my car to Brakes Plus in Thornton I am going to receive the best service & wouldn't go anyplace else.

I love this store! They are always so helpful! The first time we visited the store was for hitting a curb because of black ice in my focus. Sean helped us and made sure we got the best deal. And the 2nd time we had to go in for a crazy knock on our new jeep and Sean again helped us. He found a lot more problems then we even knew we had and got us what we needed to get us on the road and got us a quote for what we still need to get. We still need to get work done on my focus and we will definitely be taking it to Sean when we are ready to fix it.

Stopped in traveling from Arkansas, my battery died. So I stopped in and Shawn and the guys at brakes plus took such good care of me. When are you guys coming to Arkansas? We need good quality shops and people. Give that man a raise l. You can't find quality people like that anymore.
