Really impressed with this place! The kindness of the staff is aparent from the way they speak over the phone to the prompt service and fair pricing. I always feel great about trusting them with my car. Wouldn't take it anywhere else!

I am agree they treat you like you are going to ask them for a free job. they are not very good mechanics also, they changed a sensor for $200 and still leaking oil. avoid these guys and find another shop with better customer service and netter technicians.

I stopped going to this shop quite some time ago because of the way I was treated. At the time I was going there for oil changes. After a few visits they starting writing estimates on things that weren't immediate. ($65 for lens restoration is definitely not immediate). I simply didn't have the cash mainly, I was just finishing school and was very strapped. The techs eventually started being condescending towards me and almost guilt tripping me while writing up these estimates. Then last oil change I had done I had asked them to check the brakes and was told they were fine. 2 months later the brakes starting grinding and they checked them again and told me what I already knew. They basically accused me of lying about asking the brakes to be checked before because the tech didn't note it. Then they fed me a "catastrophe" story for some exhaust work that needed be done and that it was going to be a "mess" to figure out how to fix it. I finally was done with Roadmasters after that. I called them the other day to verify something they had quoted me and the tech started laughing from all the estimates. Obviously things still haven't changed.  I'm sure it is pretty funny considering I did recently get all the work done they had once quoted me at a better shop that not only did it for a better price, but also treats their customers with respect. None of Roadmasters "stories" ever happened either.

Our favorite mechanic works here!  He has maintained our 2000 Ford F350 for 16 years now. We wouldn't dream of letting anyone else touch it! Great place to take your vehicle!!!  Oh, and the sell tires too!

I took my car here before about a year ago or so it took almost 3 days to get it back for something simple that they never fixed right but sure did charge to much for. I lived elsewhere then, now I live right behind the garages of this place.  I now see why mechanics charge so much to do the work. All I ever see and hear them doing is fooling around.or standing around talking all day long with little to no work actually even being done, besides the washing of the garages with their power spray a couple times a week.  I see them bring cars into the garages with the hoods up for hours even days but no work is actually being done on  the cars . I see friends and or family members pulling up and the mechanics are checking out something on their cars instead of working on the ones that customers are paying for. Watching all this going on 6 days a week .
