I faithfully came to this Firestone since I started driving. They have always been great. I go there every 4-6 weeks. I even returned after the oil filter fell out of my car on my way home from getting an oil change (it was only worth $50 to them but I missed an entire day of work). On Memorial Day, I got an oil change. I brought it home right after and left for dinner with my dad and brother in my dad's car. When I returned, I got something out of my car and noticed my hood was cracking. I contacted them the next morning (7am) as the store was closed when I saw the cracking of paint). I brought it up after work and was told to bring it in on Thursday when the store manager returned from vacation. I was told to take it to Kia and see what they had to say and he would take care of it if there was not a recall. I called the manager back the next day when Kia said there were no recalls. 

I was instructed to get an estimate from the store manager at Firestone and bring it to them. I went the next day for an estimate but I needed an appointment.  I got the estimate the next day and brought it the next morning to the store manager. He told me they would not pay for the damage that was not there prior to getting an oil change. He proceeded to say that it would have occurred 20 mins after the oil change if it would have been something they spilled on it. Wow because that is the exact timeframe.  Not sure why I wasted my time getting an estimate he told me to get. Never do business with Firestone unless you get things in writing. I will not be back. Which is a shame because I always defended them when other customers complained. I know why now.

I've had multiple bad experienced with the place.  I kept going back because it was the closest shop, but I will not go back anymore.  I've had them leave tools under the hood, break parts off my car, tell me one price over the phone and then another in person AFTER I agreed to pay a lower price on the phone.  I really just don't trust the shop anymore and would recommend staying away.

Been taking my vehicles there for years. When dealers want to take my money and do unnecessary repairs, the guys at Firestone gave me honest, upfront,professional opinions on my vehicle and saved me literally thousands! Skip the dealer, head to Firestone!

called for a tire for my truck and as soon as i asked them what time do they close they hung up on me. had call back and hang up on them.. poor customer service if you font like your job why not quit?
