I was very happy with my experience with Madeline and Suntrup Volkswagen. Madeline was proactive in searching for a reliable car/ affordable Jetta for me and was quick to answer questions as they came up. Her positive and lighthearted demeanor made the whole experience a lot more fun. As a first time _new_ car buyer, the process was quick efficient and very smooth; Madeline and Sean Riches made the whole thing it easy! I would recommend Madeline and Suntrup Volkswagen all my close friends and family. Sean Riches was also fantastic and pivotal in the whole process. Very pleased with their services as a whole.

Adam G and Blaze S were excellent to deal with!  The were busy this day so I had the privelage of working with both gentlemen.  Even busy I was able to test drive and be finished with the entire buying process in less than 2 1/2 hours.  Suntrup was amazing - I drove 3 hours to make this purchase and would do it all over again.  Adam, did a great overview of all my new car features!  Thank-you both!

This is the second car we've bought at Suntrup Volkswagen and the experience was great. Our sales consultant Kenan was fantastic showing us the different features and trim levels available in the model we were looking to purchase, brought the cars to us so we didn't have to go hiking across the lot. We were able to close the deal on a vehicle that was not on the lot but Suntrup got it there in no time at all and delivered as promised! Very satisfied and will always consider Suntrup Volkswagen when we are looking at new cars.

I bought a Jetta from here in November of 2016. Madeline was excellent to work with. Extremely knowledgeable about the car, not pushy, and very great at communicating with me. I know if I ever have a question or problem, I can just shoot her a quick text and she gets back to me! Suntrup seems to take a different approach to sales. Most of their staff is younger. I don't feel like I'm dealing with somebody who is trying to just sell me a car or rip me off. I really feel like they believe in their product and want to help people. I would not hesitate to come back.

Every experience I have with the folks at Suntrup continues to exceed my expectations. The professional and knowledgeable salesperson Madeline Annunziate who sold me my Tiguan last November and Scott, the service rep who efficiently handled my 10K mile check this week, were both a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your great service. Much appreciated.
