This is the best Firestone ever. We really love the staff here. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are all very kind and down to earth. They have helped us with our car troubles many times and have always taken very good care of us. Love love love this firestone ❤

Got a idler pulley fixed and as soon as i left the serpentine belt sounded awful..these young tire mechanics don't know what they're doing and have awful customer service. I asked them to fix it and they basically told me to shove off or pay full price. Awful experience.

Went to get a new stem, had to get a whole new tire. Yet, the guy took care of me in know time. Great customer service.

I needed 4 new tires and wheel alignment, I want inside and I was greeted with a friendly staff they took my concerns and find me the best solution that fits my budget and my needs, all of them including the techs where smiling, since I came in later in the evening I decided to drop the car overnight for them to work on it first thing in the morning, and what an amazing job they did, they informed step by step about my car and what would be my future need for it as it does have 212k miles on it, it's good to know that they are also concerned about my well-being.... awesome job and awesome staff will always go back to them and recommend them to all my family and friends and loved ones....
