I just bought my first new car.  They fought really hard to get my lack of credit approved. They stayed an hour late so I could drive it home right away. They called 3 levels of management and went to like 6 banks and credit unions. The atmosphere was very low pressure. The bathroom even had a full changing table complete with diapers, wipes, and a diaper genie!

They could use some shorter sales people though. I think there was only one of them who could fit in a Miata to go on a test drive!

Soo far my experience has been terrible and I haven't even officially purchased my vehicle. Went and negotiated a price on used car almost 3 weeks ago, it was late and banks were closing so we decided to wait to run credit until Saturday morning. Also after leaving 500 dollar deposit to keep vehicle from being sold to someone else, they then said there was a problem with the title and that they technically can't sell vehicle and that they would have it resolved by Tuesday at the latest. Fast forward to now and so far I have received no update on the situation, I have called several times with no response or a sorry about that but we are waiting for new title. My salesman Izzy should work on his customer service skills, the only reason I haven't taken my business elsewhere is because I really want this car.  Hope to hear something soon as I want to have my new car so I am able to give my current one to my son for his birthday on the 7th.

Excellent experience. My salesman Justin was exceptionally knowledable and personable. I received a great deal without any hassle or pressure. I highly recommend Premier Mazda. They bent over backwards to please me.

Getting a lease from this place was a nightmare.  We moved to the Missouri side, and couldn't retitle the car without a power of attorney.  It took forever to get a hold of anyone, when I did, they had no idea what to do.  There is no customer service after point of sale.  Mazda is a great car, but this is not a good place to get one.
