Super friendly, great customer service... however, they absolutely will not negotiate on prices on a car. Didn't even leave it open for discussion. I consider this a deal breaker for any car, new or used. I've never walked into a dealership and found them not open to discussions. If this doesn't bother you, then by all means, they do have excellent customer service and were helpful even while extremely busy. For me, I couldn't work with them any further.

Erik Fish, our sales person was AWESOME.  He wasn't pushy and didn't try to up-sell us on anything.  He is straight-forward and very honest. He will work with you to find you the vehicle you are looking for.  The Finance Manager was wonderful as well.  He was able to work out payments AND a warranty plan that worked for our budget and we do not have unlimited funds!  We are LOVING our 2018 Equinox- and it's in red, which is hard to find!  Couldn't ask for better car-buying experience.

We have been very happy since purchasing our 2011 Traverse this summer. It had a minor switch issue in the driver’s side door that they promptly fixed a week or two after we took the car home. This week, I brought the car in for its first oil change and, to my surprise, the first oil change was complimentary! Highly recommend our salesman Jonathan Ferkel and Aaron from the service department. Both are great guys who will take expert care of you!

I had a great experience at McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet! I worked with Erik Fish (over the phone) and with Ngunza "G" Kisangani (in person) and they were both great! Erik and G were both very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. And when I worked with G at the dealership, he was very friendly, informative, and upfront about everything. I had been shopping for a car for a few months, and I had been to many dealerships in and around the KC area, but the service that I received here was by far the best! Even Jason in the finance department, which is usually my least favorite department ;) was a pleasure to work with! 5 star experience for sure!

I always have good service when I bring my 2013 truck to you guys . Jason was very helpful got me in on time of my appointment,  and show me what I need to do in the future. My wife was with me she has a 2016 Malibu LT she very happy with the car even though she bought it from VAN . Sorry my wife said I get better service here at Morse, I get in on time and out, where she waited and waited for her service and when they were done they didn't  tell her she had to go and fine out what took so long. This not happen once but twice. She saw what service I got at Morse she said she is switching to you guys. Thank You so much. I have bought my last 3 cars from GARY COOKE and my daughter 2 cars. Very happy with you guys. Miss Gary tough. But I know he enjoying retirement.
