The attendant told me I needed all 4 tires replaced and in reality I had 2 good tires. Thank God my husband came to the rescue! Can't trust them. :(

They replaced my tires and told me my ball joint was rubbing up against my tires and causing them to bald.. thank god my dad came to the rescue AND TOLD ME THEY WERE LIARS.. and also they have a lot of office drama.. they could make a reality tv show called the firestone Mechanics divorce because I now know all the details of the mechanics divorce and it was actually pretty entertaining.. the only five stars I would give are the five stars to the story of the firestone mechanics divorce!! Your welcome residents of Pierce county!!

Kind of loose with professionalism, but overall positive experience with a lot of laughs. I recently moved from ne Tacoma to Eatonville and this is the closest one to take advantage of their oil change coupon specials.

They were very good at recognising what my vehicle would probably need first so I didn't end up spending more money than was necessary. The mechanic I spoke with was awesome and funny, and she listened to my rambling on and found out what it was I needed

I came into the store with grinding breaks and a sob story. It was Monday, 3 July at 3 pm. I had to be back at work by Wednesday, a 2.5 hour drive away. (Of course, they would be closed on the 4th). They were swamped, all the mechanics were overloaded. The manager told me it would be done before close at 7 pm. He came through for me. I was told that he stayed and did my vehicle himself to get it done. He turned the rotors and changed out the break pads. I was deeply impressed and thankful.
