I was admittedly nervous to hand off my truck. However, after just the first meeting when Tony gave me my estimate, my nerves were gone. Tony runs an incredibly professional and courteous business and the results were perfect. Can't tell my truck was ever hit. Would gladly bring any of my vehicles to them!

I've used Hi-Tech twice and they did a great job both times.  They even scheduled my rental car to be there when I dropped my car off.  Great customer service and quality work!

This is the most helpful collision shop I've ever used. The owner always goes out of his way to make sure I leave happy. He treats my vehicle like it's his own.

The team at Hi-Tech have always been honest, prompt and reliable. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends. Also love that they have multiple locations in the Sound to make it convenient for anyone to get the same great service.

Very un-happy. Took my car here because my father had used them multiple times throughout his life. When I took my car in to get driver side damage fixed I came home with new damage. Trim on driver door wasn't seated right so it was no longer flush, my hood to my car came up in the driver side so it no longer sits flush, both corners of my bumper are peeling.... So I take it back in a man named Al walks out looks over it and says we will take care of it. He informs me he will have them REMOVE the bumper and repaint it and see about the hood and trim piece. 

Dropped car off today. Their loaner is an early 2000's Ford Taurus that idles ruff and wasn't cleaned from the last time it was loaned out. Tank is on E but wants me to bring the car back with same amount of gas it had......  

Shortly after dropping the car off Al calls informing me he lied and they aren't gonna remove the bumper like we talked about and repaint the whole thing. He continues that paint department says they can do it without removing the bumper...... Well I explain that I want the service we talked about because that is what should happen not what corner they can cut to do their job. 

After this experience I will never bring another car to them. You work in the industry you should know that if you don't know what you are talking about you shouldn't offer a service to the customer.
