This is one of THE BEST PLACES I have ever been to get my car fixed. One place down the street screwed me over with my car's brakes. I went to this Meineke and they were very helpful and honest with me. They fixed my brakes CORRECTLY! I also had this weird electrical problem with my a/c. I had taken it to two different places before taking it here and the mechanics couldn't figure it out. These cool dudes at this Meineke were able to figure it out and now I have a working a/c. Man, you need an a/c during the Summer in TX. I will go to this place to get my car fixed and/or serviced as long as I live in TX. The people working there are friendly, honest, and definitely want to help you. They're life savers! One billion star rating!

Wish I could leave a 0! Had a simple oil change and tire rotation set up. Had to come back 2 separate times for them to do the rotation, because it wasn't done the first time, like it should have been. Mind you when I came back just moments after, the manager they went to get was asleep in the office. Went to another auto shop for a quick headlight fix and they found tools, left by the mechanic, under my hood setting on headlight! I've had issues with the check engine light coming on and off about a month after the oil change. I'm still fuming from the lack or service and experience, the technician himself lacked simple communication skills. I have had much better service from a great local shop who took a look at my car and corrected the service with quality products and got me on the road with peace of mind.

Thieves! $600 later and my truck still wasn't fixed after 3 weeks...as soon as i left it was having issues picking up and i barely made it down the street. I brought it back and they told me it was gonna be $750 more to replace a fuel pump. Rip off.  So i ended up taking it back to my house before the car completely cut off on me, the battery was completely dead. I had just bought a new battery so I went to get it exchanged under warranty but I looked and they swapped my battery for another one and when I went to see where my original battery was they said it wasn't in the system so they couldn't do anything about it. They stole my battery and gave me a junk one and on top of it my truck is in no better shape then when I brought it to them. Thieves!

The service was great, got my oil change and alignment, I had to wait a few minutes which wasn’t much at all but they gave me the extra oil that my truck requires at no charge, my alignment was not perfect the first time but I called them and let them know and they told me to come in and they got me all fixed up no questions asked!

It has been more than two months since I have gotten my vehicle back. They were supposed to look at the transmission and engine, but they did not. Whenever I call in only a manager can answer my questions. Every time I call also it feels I am getting different answers. Since my family needed a third row vehicle we were forced to purchase another vehicle. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Did I mention that meineke still has my vehicle?
