Robert, his crew and their work are fantastic! I've been taking my cars to them and recommending all my friends to the same for the last 7-8 years! I don't trust anyone more when it comes to cars! Thank you so much for the quality of service you offer!

I would've chosen no star. After 9 days in the Lifetime Automotive, our car got nothing fixed but changed parts for multiple tries. Robert charged us $844.83, including $221.14 for a Remanufactured Power Brake Booster Without Master Cylinder (53-2651), which should be priced $121. More importantly, after changing two parts, the car had the same problem exactly as before. Robert promised us to call next day. We waited but he never called. We had to pulled our car to another car shop. Surprisingly, they repaired our car in 2 days and charged us only $318.02. They also pointed out several mistakes someone already did to our car.

After nearly two weeks, our car was ended up with nothing fixed but charged for laboring and some unnecessary items. The engine light is still on and the brake is still loose and heavy. The employee told us they would call us if they couldn't figure out but they never called us. Money and time were totally wasted. We were really disappointed and frustrated.
