I Have taken my car in the past and they are extremely slow which is fine as long as the work is completed.  But the most recent and the last time I will ever take my car here was for state inspection and emissions and the guy never called me and after 3+ hours after they said it would be done I called and he said oh I have your paperwork in my hand and was about to call you. (Yeah okay) Then proceed's to tell me that I have a bad inner tie rod and it would be 190.00 dollars I told him no thank you and I will have my mechanic fix it.  Come to find out that when I took it to my mechanic he said there was nothing wrong with any of the suspension so I took it to another garage and after all 3 mechanics checked it they all said the same thing that my tie rods and all my suspension was fine.  They have a $39.99 inspection special only to make stuff up and charge you for work that doesn't need done. I will be notifying the BBB!  And the what's funny is when I went to pick up my car the guy at the desk was a smart-ass and said I personally felt the slight play with the wheel! You may think you won that argument or conversation but really all you lost was a customer.

They do good work its just very slow. I mean really slow almost to the point of insanity.  Took a blown out tire in for replacement.  Took almost 2 hours. This is a half hour job at best. Now i know that there are others Peoples vehicles being worked on as well.. but as i watch the guys work.. i was disappointed.  No sign of ergency.... this is what they specialize in tires.... come on fellas!!

Brought my vehicle in to be inspected, was informed that I needed to pay $99 for a diagnosis check to check on a check engine code. They also told me that my front control arm bushings were shot and needed to replaced for $900+. I told them I needed a second opinion... The other shop carefully looked at the bushings, said no problem and did not charge to run the diagnostics on the cheek engine light. Trust is everything in this business, I have zero at this location. Better options out there...
