Best experience I've had at a dealership.  After having a very negative few years at another dealership and their service department, could not have asked for better care and service than at this dealership.  Cody is an amazing salesman who isn't overbearing and let's you make your own decisions, and the management was very helpful and reasonable when negotiating.  This experience made me very excited to have my car and not fear dealing with them in the future.

This Service Center is the best I've ever been to. Wonderful shop and staff! It's affordable, fast and the customer service is fantastic!

This was by and large the best experience I've had with a dealership. I worked with a salesperson named Cody, who was absolutely fantastic. He worked with me, matched the numbers I needed, and made it a painless process. I'm very happy with how this all turned out.

Awful, rude, condescending service department.  Put up with their same poor level of rude service for years and finally through in the towel today.  Will be taking my vehicle to Rohrich Mazda for service for now on - it's night and day with how friendly Rohrich is compared to Moon Twp Mazda.  I do not recommend this place, they don't deserve your business!

Excellent experience with car buy and service as well. Very professional sales people specially the guy named Ratana "Rat" . He was great salesperson. I would recommend him to anyone interested buying any Mazda vehicle from this dealership. Shuttle service if you like to drop the car for service is cherry on top with very well courteous staff.
