TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went to get fingerprints for work. I stood in line for 25 minutes. When I came in, they said the wait would be 20-25 minutes. There was a long line of people (about 7 people ahead of me). Only one person finished prints in the 25 minutes I waited in line. So not only did I have to leave (because I didn't have 2 hours to stand in line before going to work...), but the woman working the desk was extremely rude to everybody. I will go even further out of my way to get fingerprinted. Anything to avoid this UPS Store...

I've experienced EXCELLENT customer service over the past 7+ years of being a customer at the UPS Store in Moon Township. I have come to Carrie and all of her wonderful staff for countless print jobs as well as national and international shipping. As a business owner myself, I understand that a customer may do everything he or she can do to tarnish the name of a company that has not given him or her the service that he or she demands, especially if it is outside company rules or policy. Carrie has been awesome help for my global business and ministry projects as well as my kids' elementary through high school projects. She gives back to the community and treats all with respect. Several of my colleagues in the medical field have had their fingerprints taken at this store, and there has been no time that Carrie has mistreated any of the fingerprinting customers. Usually, the ones who do complain are the ones who have waited until very soon before the deadline to have their results in, so they are already frustrated to begin with; taking it out on the store that offers a service that you need in order to return to your workplace is not the best way to handle a situation. There have been recent accusations that Carrie is racist. Her staff is actually very ethnically diverse, and I have seen people of all nationalities come in and out of her store, completely satisfied with the services provided. I must emphasize - what you sow is what you reap. When a customer lies about a business in order to justify his or her actions (or reactions), it just shows the unprofessionalism on the part of the customer.  I have and always will continue to refer my friends and family to this store.

I frequently  visit  the UPS store in Moon Township PA and this positive review is well overdue! I noticed some fresh faces over the past year and applaud the consistent warm welcomes, smiles, and other top notch customer service efforts from all staff. The owner, Carrie, is a true professional and is always in a good mood when I see her. Sadly, most individuals take time out of their day to complain. Considering the swift help I get and the  friendliness of all the staff, I must applaud  the UPS store in Moon!

Best UPS store I've been to(and I am at them daily).   The staff doesn't make me feel like a burden for dropping a pre paid package off.
