I don’t normally write reviews, but because of my recent 5 star experience at Firestone working with Ramon F at the front desk I had to. He was so helpful, nice & knowledgeable and most important of all- -I really felt appreciated as a customer and that I could have trusted him; he helped me to resolve all the issues w/ my car and did not pressure me into anything, and he gave me a valuable advice on how serious some issues are and some that aren’t.

As long as Ramon is at Firestone, I will always go back! I have no affiliation with Ramon, just a great deal of previous horrible experiences at other auto shops and wish everyone had the same excellent customer service. Everyone should learn from this guy at auto shops & he definitely deserves some extra credit!!! Thank you very much

I had a flat tire and unfortunately when I took my car to Honda they did not have the Firestone tire I needed so I made an appointment here since the mechanic I spoke with said they had my exact tire in stock. I arrive to my appointment and after waiting about 30min or so they come out and say they are doing an alignment on my vehicle. I knew for a fact that I did not need an alignment because my vehicle was just serviced 3 weeks prior and also Honda checked my vehicle that morning when I initially went for the tire change. Then after another 30 minutes or so my car is brought around to only have the wrong tire. I went in to complain about this and the man at the desk said the tire I needed wasn't in stock but when we spoke less than 4 hours before my arrival he said it was available and quoted me for that tire. They did not charge me for the tire but charged me $127 for an alignment that was not needed. Then a few days after my tire change my tire pressure light comes on due to the tire put on being to big when the technician tried to reassure me that it didn't matter that the tire was different but clearly it mattered because it takes more air than the other tires on my vehicle. The one good thing about this shop is the manager Holly. She reached out to me and was very helpful in getting all of my issues resolved in a timely manner.

My husband and I come all the time. Always great service, people should give credit where it’s do and not always the bad things. We don’t go to any other location but this one. We are from Germany and they take great care of all 3 cars.

People trying hard to overcome some unruly expectations of their guest, as I witnessed during a recent visit with my wives SUV. They seem to have a good impact to the base aside from some reviewers described. They soon will have a new store which is located at our old four season. We will continue to go back! Keep up the good work.

I was helped quickly.  Everything was explained to me and I was very satisfied.  Ms. Holly is very good at her job attending to the front desk.
