Purchased a home in Bear this summer that still had the original 30+ year old HVAC system. After getting four different estimates we chose 1st Class HVAC and are extremely pleased with their price, service, and quality products. Last weekend a new Carrier heat pump with oil back up was installed in our home and is working great. Special thanks to the sales rep Duane who patiently explained all our options, and to Jason and Jim, the installers who did a great job and gave us a very thorough overview of our new system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a new HVAC system.

We have used "First Class" (I hesitate to call them first class) for years with no major complaints. (One time the tech told us how to fix our blower motor ( he had to come out again because it didn't work. He told my husband it was in backwards and charged us $90 and didn't do anything) because it was a tight fit and he didn't want to squeeze in there! We didn't complain, my husband was able to put the blower motor in with a little advice from his brother who does hvac!) This past Sunday  we woke up with no heat, it was 5 degrees outside and called FC. They could not help us because we had no contract even though we have used them for years. 
        When I  called the answering service and asked if she could tell me if my contract had expired. She said she couldn't give me that information and would have the office call on Monday. This is Sunday and our pipes would freeze by Monday!   Also my husband has a cardiac condition and small animals. I asked how she knew if someone had a contract so they could service them. She said " they would tell the truth." I told her she was rude and we would not be calling them back! 
         The office called back Monday.  I told her what happened and she said she was probably misspelling our street name! But I thought she couldn't look up contracts! Who's telling the truth now! 
           By the way a friend helped us. It turned out to be a frozen fuel line.

First Class is a terrific service provider for all of your heating, cooling and plumbing needs! We choose first class because they treat us well and keep us informed of the process!

Very bad customer service.
Waiting over 2 weeks after the first visit to fix my a/c.
In this 2 weeks I heard many excuses , many lies and after they recognize my number they don't even answer.
The only thing that is good ia that they are the cheapest on the market, now I understand why.
Fool me once shame on you, full me twice shame on me.

Have used this company for a few years and technicians are prompt, courteous, and thorough. Office staff is friendly and accommodating.
