We hired them to install our irrigation meter. The meter didn't work so the town gave them a replacement meter with instructions to return the faulty meter so they could return it to the manufacturer for credit.  Instead the plumber threw out the meter and since the town didn't receive the meter back they billed Caswell.  Caswell is insisting we pay for the replacement meter even though they were clearly told to return it to the town.  They have refused to call us back to discuss this and just sent another bill.  Bad business practice.

had a problem with water pressure - they came out and said I needed an irrigation company - didn't charge for a service call.  They are going to be my go to guys from  now on.

Tried for a week to get someone to come to my house to give me a quote on a new hot water heater and kept getting an answer that it was with the supervisor.  This company obviously doesn't want new customers as they are non-responsive.  Taking my business elsewhere.
