ANYTHING BUT FIRST CLASS!!! This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life! I bought a condo not knowing that there was any previous plumbing work done in the last three months. The toilet starting leaking (the first time it was used) and water was coming through the ceiling, causing damage to the unit below me. The realtors found out that First Class Plumbing was there in November 2016, not once, but twice to fix the problem (customer spent over $500 to fix the issue). The realtor called the plumber, the plumber came out to look, and claimed it was not their problem (claiming that someone else did work on it after them). The realtor and the previous owner who hired First Class guaranteed nobody has done any work on the toilet since First Class was there. After the leak and they came to the property, I called First Class to speak to the owner and explained that no one has been there other than his company. In not so many words he called me a liar and said he would have the employee (who did the work) call me back. He called me back with a different story and I told him to please have the owner call me. When I never heard from the owner, I called the office two more times (asking to speak to the owner) and got no response. They answer the phone when they know they can make money, but when there is a problem that they are responsible for, they are not there to take care of the damage they caused. All I wanted them to do was fix the problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

I contacted First Class Plumbing for a clogged toilet in which was overflowing into my shower. Had another company out the first time and they came out and cleared the line with a snake. Within a few days it happen again. I was recommended by a friend to contact First Class Plumbing. Juan and Tony arrived at my home. They began to dye test each toilet and drains to confirm where the cause of the clogged was . Tony cleared the back up right away from the outside clean out with in a few minutes. I was concerned the cause might be from roots in the lines or a major issue where they would need open my floors or tunnel underneath my house, as I was told from the prior company. At the end, the issue was my toilet not producing enough water to push the paper toilet and solids out to the clean out. Juan provided me the less expensive option in which was to rebuilt the toilet. Once he did this , he than again tested the toilet with toilet paper several times and the issue was fixed. Thank you First Class Plumbing , Juan and Tony !!! Truly appreciate your help and most important for your honesty and knowledge.

Fantastic! I came home Friday to a blown hot water heater and within 1 hour First Class was here. Another hour and the old was out and the new one was in:). Thank you for your fast and excellent service!

They called 30 minutes ahead as promised, were prompt reliable and got the job done with ease. I had a few complicated matters and they were in and out within the hour. Thanks.
