After a really really bad experience that morning with another Lindstrom services repairman, Robert Russo was sent to re-look at my A/C system. He was courteous and appeared very knowledgeable. He invested much of his time to fully diagnosing my A/C system. I expect the same from the the earlier repairmen but he hardly looked at the system at all. In the end, Robert told me that my A/C unit was working well, needed some freon and highlighted a repair that will be needed in the future. He did not tell me that "my system was shot and that I needed a new system ASAP" as stated by the other Lindstrom service repairman who had come earlier that morning. Robert was such a breath of fresh air. I appreciate someone who is honest and sincere. Robert was trust worthy.

Miguel did a great job today. The Air Handler is in the garage, and so there have been ongoing issues with "condensation".  All the technicians do a good job with maintenance, But I think Miguel solved this issue today. He detected that the drain pipe had a leak. The pipe was well insulated, but it did have a slow leak drip. Miguel disengaged the pipe, cleaned, and glued the pipe. He then reinsulated the pipe and tar and duct taped the area.  Miguel solved the problem!  Good Job!

The Lindstrom Team impressed me from start to beginning. Out of four high rated companies I contacted in Broward in one day Val from Lindstrom really demonstrated true professionalism and provided quality feedback on my exact needs for my new AC purchase. Some companies quoted at lower prices without visiting and observing my setup, others visited but gave no guidance on correct installations based on my antiquated copper tubing layout but Val took the time and reviewed my old AC Unit, tubing layout, duct work in the attic and check my home breaker. His thorough approach and consulting on needs made the difference for me make the investment with Lindstrom. Finally, he followed up quickly on the quoting process and set me up for a next day installation appointment which was another great experience. In terms of pricing I have to say they quote was fair and right in the middle range because all extra needs where already baked in quotation which is great since I had no unexpected surprised. Hands down this consultant and this company proved to be best in class and I won't hesitate to contact them for my next home improvement. Thank you.

They came out, said they would give a quote on duct repair and new A/C.  Simple job.  Never gave me a quote.  I called and requested several times but they never provided a quote.  I think their rep didn't like me.  Got the work done by a competitor.  Won't call them again.

Always punctual, clean up after their work and dedicated to maintain our system; not just fix it. We appreciate their proactive approach. Their staff of technicians is probably the most courteous, respectful and knowledgeable group that I have experienced almost anywhere, in almost any field. We will continue to recommend them to our family, friends and acquaintances because our experience has been so positive.
