Art Plumbing AC & Electric

Rick C was extremely professional and explained things in detail but also in English. Everything was in working order very shortly after starting. I have always had extremely positive interactions with everyone at Art Plumbing AC & Electric. Also, they came out same day in a matter of hours. I am not sure if that was luck of the draw or just great service but either way, AMAZING!

Jimmy from Art Plumbing respond to my call. In a short time he diagnosed the problem and promised to return Monday with the parts to fix it this was Saturday five pm. Monday he was at my house ready to get to work. He is courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. I had to go to work he agreed to stay and work, lock up and give me a call when finished. He did exactly that. I am grateful that Jimmy was there to help. Thank you Jimmy your work is much appreciated. Art Plumbing is the best there is in my book. Rose Huffman

Before the hurricane came, we were trying desperately to contact another plumbing company to come and check something out for us but our calls were never returned even after countless messages and attempts to reach them. Finally, James Mathews (a technician) came out to my school the Tuesday after the hurricane within like an hour of calling them. AND he apologized for not coming sooner! He was very quick and very efficient. He was able to fix the initial issue that we had but also help us out with some storm damage that we encountered. It's nice to see a company that actually cares about the customers. We will be using Art Plumbing and Electric for a long time to come! Thank you!!

I had been without AC since the day before hurricane Irma. I called and they had Greg Parker at my home to provide an estimate on a Sunday. Greg was wonderful. He not only came on a Sunday but he said he would do his Best to get AC installed by Tuesday. He emailed me a detailed estimate Monday morning and advised me that he has my home on the schedule for Tuesday. Tuesday morning Justice and Miguel (installers) were there bright and early. They did an amazing job. This was a complete new unit inside and out. They went above a beyond. They helped me disconnect the 2 units that I was using until I had new unit installed. They were both professional and they did not even mind my 3 very large dogs. I also had installation sprayed in as well. The 2 installers advised that due to my ceiling having to be repaired inside (Irma damage) to hold off on this area. They will come back to do this area after repaired. I was amazed that they would even take the time to check out the inside before starting to spray the installation into the attic. Again very professional guys. If you are ever in need of any AC work, I highly recommend this company. Thank you to you all for an amazing job!

I was afraid that it would take a few days to replace my water heater (it was Thursday, and i figured maybe by Monday). I called early afternoon, and Kevin showed up on time at 4pm. Kevin was able to install a new 50 gallon water heater (which to my surprise he had in the truck) within an hour. Hauled away the old one with a smile. I admit, that i did not shop around as i usually do. I may have paid a few dollars extra, but it was worth it, to be able to take a hot shower tonight.
